apartment will pass a detailed inspection. If it’s not right,

will be answered by a member of our friendly, professional management
staff. The information you give us will be entered into our computer, & we
will track the progress of your service request to make sure it is
completed quickly & professionally. When the maintenance crew
says the job is done, we call you to make sure you are happy with
the way they did their job.

- When maintenance knocks on your door, you’ll know who they
are. If they enter your apartment when you are not there, they hang
a tag on your door while they’re inside so you won’t
be surprised to find someone in your home. When they leave, they
will leave you a report detailing the status of the work they came
to do. They clean up after themselves, & fix it right the first
time.
24-Hour Emergency Maintenance.
- Emergencies do happen, & they don’t always happen between
9-5. Have a serious problem after hours? You call - we come, regardless
of the hour.

- You won’t just be proud of your home on the inside; the outside
will look great too. Our landscaping is just beautiful. Our grounds
crew keeps the property looking like a part. Lots of trees, flowering
